1. We will
allow you to exchange your garments if they are the incorrect size or if
you are not 100% in love with the garment. If the garment is no longer
available, we will allow you to choose another garment of equal or
lesser value at no cost.
2. We will
allow you to exchange your garment for a more expensive item and
Dreamy.com.au reserves the right to charge you the difference
between the original item cost and the new item cost.
3. Items maybe returned up
to 90 days from the original purchase date.
4. All shipping costs to
return garments to our office for exchange and return to you will be at
your cost. All items returned to you will be via Australia
Post Express Parcel Post at our fixed rate of $14.99. Where
Dreamy.com.au has shipped the incorrect item to you we will cover
all shipping costs.
5. We will
only accept garments as acceptable for exchange if the original tickets
are still on the garments.
6. We will not
accept garments that have been worn or washed or are soiled in anyway.
7. We will not
accept garments that smell of smoke or other odour.
8. We will not
accept garments where they have been modified or altered by you.
9. We cannot
exchange stockings, bodystockings, underwear or g-strings unless they
are still in their unopened packages.
10. We will only
refund a purchase if the item we have provided was not the ordered item
or if the item is faulty.
11. Our preferred method of
transport is Australia Post Express Post. This method of transport does
not require a signature and as such Dreamy.com.au accepts no
responsibility for loss of items in transit.
12. Depending on availabilty and stock levels of the item you wish to exchange with, there may be a delay in your new item being shipped, as your item may need to be added on our next international shipment.
