We never even see your credit card
details, we use paypal exclusively to do the transaction for us. We do
not store or record your credit card information.
If you prefer not to use paypal you may contact us on 07 3123 7846 and we
will take an over the phone order Mon-Fri 09:00 am to 05:00 pm

then you will receive that however, once your order has been sent, we
will only contact you if our conditions of service have changed in the

We prefer to keep correspondence via
email, as this allows us to keep record of your questions and our
answers.
We are not always able to answer the phone, but we can respond to email
even when we are not in the office. However, we do understand that this

Since April 2002, however Dreamy.com.au is
one of our later projects started in May 2004.

At present we only accept orders for
delivery in Australia. If you wish to undertake an order outside

How long will it take to receive my
order? |

Many items are in stock and will be
processed immediately. Generally, most orders are shipped within 72
hours or sooner. Some times situations arise where we have run out of
stock and if this is the case and we need to import it from our overseas
suppliers the items can take upto 21 days, however a backordered item
may take longer.
We regularly split orders and post separately to ensure you get your
items as quick as possible.

What if I get the wrong size or if I
don't like it or my partner I am buying for? |

Unfortunately however, there are some items that cannot be returned. Australian Law does not
allow us to resell stockings, bodystockings, underwear or g-strings unless they are still in
their unopened package.
I should note that if the item is faulty or if we have provided the
wrong item, we will accept the item returned. Simply contact us
through the contact us form and we will provide a Return Items Form.

Is the quality as good as other places? |

Dreamy.com.au lingerie only buys from
quality suppliers. If we are not satisfied with the quality our
team does return the items to the manufacturers. We do this to
ensure you only receive the highest quality items.
