We never even see your credit card details, our safe & secure credit card processors do the transaction for us.
We do not store or record your credit card information. You will not need to signup to buy from us.
Payment is via credit card (internet or telephone) including AMEX, bank transfer, BPay, money order, personal cheque or Paypal.
Most payments are through trusted Australian Government endorsed company eWAY.

We prefer to keep correspondence via email, as this allows us to keep record of your questions and our answers.
We are not always able to answer the phone, but we can respond to email even when we are not in the office.

Since July 2003, however Dreamy.com.au is one of our later projects started in May 2004.
Due to the success of Dreamy.com.au, we have also started Cutie.com.au in June 2005.
We consider ourselves experienced, reliable and friendly.

You are billed in Australian dollars. GST is included for Australian buyers.

We welcome orders from New Zealand and some other countries. Please select 'International Postage' in the shopping cart.

| Q: | How long will it take to receive my order? |

Many items are in stock and will be processed immediately. Other items take around 21 days, however a backordered item may take longer.
We regularly split orders and post seperately to ensure you get your items as quick as possible.

| Q: | How does your delivery time compare with your competition? |
| A: |
Since we do not have the capital to purchase every one of our 100s of items each in 3 sizes each in 1-4 colours,
we purchase lingerie as we need it. However, we do try to keep as much stock for fast deliveries as we can.
Our competition uses the same suppliers as we do, so their delivery time will be the same.
However, we have the honesty to warn you about the 3 week delay.
If it does not say otherwise on their website, assume 3 weeks.

| Q: | How do I know what size to get? |

Refer to our size chart. Follow the link on the menu above. We ask for your bra and dress size during the order process.
We use this information to confirm you have ordered the correct size.

| Q: | But what if I get the wrong size? |

We will gladly exchange your item for the right size, so long as it has all tags attached,
is smoke free and it is still in new condition.

| Q: | I am buying as a gift, what if she doesn't like it? |

We offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery excluding the postage costs (we may extend this time period with good reason).
Please email us first before sending it back. Exchanges/returns are not available for discontinued items.

| Q: | I am amazed by your prices! Why are they so low compared to other places? |

I'm glad you are amazed by our low prices. We have done much research to find quality suppliers at low prices.
Our prices are so low because of our system, it is automatic. When you place an order, it is put into a database,
then the order is generated by some software, sent off and magically you get your items a few days later.

Dreamy.com.au lingerie is fantastic quality.
If you are tempted to buy from somewhere cheaper than us, be careful, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
We believe we are as cheap as practical.
